Wednesday, December 30, 2015 - Quite tight upon uncorking so I Aerated it into a decanter for 30 minutes. Quite good with the steak and salmon we had for dinner. Tasted barn grass typical of Niagara reds. Overall very good for a wine I forgot I had.
