Friday, January 1, 2016 - I had this in the fridge, ready to go on New Year’s Eve, but we never got to it. Probably a good thing as this was certainly barely hanging on. Don’t get me wrong, I loved it, but then I cherish champagnes that show their age. The sparkle was faint and the oxidation heavy, but I can’t get enough of that musty champagne flavor. thedrunkencyclist.com
