Thursday, January 7, 2016 - Interesting to taste this wine after exactly six years at the same place, Yiannis' home, for the same occasion, Yiannis' name-day.
Very different this time, quite evolved, probably at peak, with a wonderful nose very much like a left-bank Bordeaux which saddly very quickly changed completely reavealing more heavy olive-like aromas in the glass.
Impeccable on the palate, medium bodied, elegant and savoury with oak nicely integrated and generally very Bordeaux-like this time.
If nose remained in the glass as it was initially, the wine would be a 93-94.
