Saturday, January 9, 2016 - Excellent fill, medium ruby color. Gave it 2 hour decant. A really nice nose of red fruits, leather, truffle, and chocolate. It was easy to detect the Clos Fourtet typicity. Some alcohol sensed on the nose. Nose was better than the palate, but it still had some finesse. Lacked a bit in the mid-palate. Medium length finish. Low acidity. However, it doesn't have the structure for long aging, but drinking well now. Would recommend drinking this soon.
