Tuesday, January 12, 2016 - Restrained notes of black cherry and tobacco. Dark in color with diminished black cherry, more tobacco, forest floor, mushroom and cedar tasted, quite a range. Nice sharp acid on the palate as well with a slight dryness towards the end.
