Wednesday, January 27, 2016 - Already drinking nicely with aromas of honey, apricot, grilled peaches, pear and a bit of caramel. The palate matches with an emphasis on the honey, apricot and pear. Slightly oxidized, a bit viscous but not too sweet. I don't see this improving with additional age but certainly no rush to drink.
