Wednesday, February 3, 2016 - Pale straw color. Chalk, lemon and flowers on the nose along with a very discreet oily scent probably beginning to develop from the time in bottle. Medium-bodied and quite fruity (green apple, lemon) with an equally cleansing and mouthwatering lemony acidity. The petroleum is starting to show on the finish as well. To me this represents outrageous value at EUR 9,- (ex-cave) and I will be going back soon to stock up.
