I did wonder if slightly volatile but it's a confused wine from a hot vintage and I really struggled to love it. The body is good and it doesn't taste as alcoholic as the nose suggests but I'd have to say it's out of balance. I've had a case of this and persisted in the hope that I find a stunning bottle but they all seem to be consistent with these characteristics. Unconvincing.
