Thursday, February 11, 2016 - (Vaucluse, NYC). Very different than the first bottle we had here--autumnal in mood. Dark garnet. A whiff of dark fruit followed by mushroom and earth. Good lift and acidity. Fascinating study of the evolution of two well stored sister bottles. After having it with their amazing "duck a l'orange" last time, we had to do it again. A great pairing .
