Sunday, February 14, 2016 - Beautiful beast of a wine. Paired perfectly with Greek lamb. No flaws. Mild sediment. Major rim variation. Beautiful tears. Soft dark floral and fruits. Low tannin and acid. Medium alcohol. Medium finish. Certainly ready to drink, and, plenty of bottle life left. Enjoy now and for several years to come.
