Thursday, February 18, 2016 - Syrah dinner at Formento's (Chicago, IL): Disgorged September 12, 2013. Well, what's there to add? Selosse is Selosse. Mushroomy, oxidative, and super rich. Peaches, baked apples, bread, the whole gamut. Powerful with a palate-numbing concentration; this is definitely not as fresh as the Initial, but shows a more mature side of things, although there's an incredibly amount of acidity here. This'll keep dentists occupied for years.
