Saturday, February 20, 2016 - During a Pauillac themed wine tasting dinner. Expressive nose of the complete kaleidoscope of a mature Pauillac. Dark fruit, barnyard, forest floor. The nose reminds us why we drink Bordeaux. The palate is medium bodied with soft and mature tannins, still good freshness and drinkability. This was the winner of the night.
