Monday, February 22, 2016 - Fresh salmon color with exceedingly dispersed and lively bubbles on the eye. Light and airy red berries with a slightly nutty character. Impressive as we often find "rose" to be overwhelming rather than round like this dahlin'. Palate is akin to a slightly bubbly Pinot Noir with a fine, fresh berry berry finish. We rarely sip Rose...we definitely would introduce our friends to this English bubbly. Laithwaites made a mucho-intelligent decision!
