Monday, February 15, 2016 - I consume mainly CA dry red wines and I bought this for my wife while on a MI Fishing trip. She doesn't like my dry wines, but will sometimes have a little semi or sweet wine. So after it stayed in my basement wine boxes for a while, I decided to venture into a semi-dry territory. I guess I'm spoiled with my CA, OR, and WA wines. I only like MI, OH, NY dry Riesling. This wine may fit into someone's roundhouse, but not mine. I tasted some bing cherry and maybe a little tobacco, but it didn't seem any more complex than that. I wouldn't buy this again and I'll let my wife stick to her sampling until she finds something she likes.
