Sunday, February 28, 2016 - Decanted 1hr, drank with prosciutto, olive oil, lasagna, pate, veal, pork belly. Cab fruit is juicy but not overpowering, Sangiovese holds wonderful structure front to back, tannins are medium firm. Acids melded best with the fatty bites, guess that's the 'grip'. 9th bottle of the case, gets better n better as it ages, can't keep my hands off em!
