Monday, March 7, 2016 - Really needed to be filtered, aerated and decanted. A very different wine after an hour in the decanter - smoother and more refined than at pop. First night, it was OK with an excellent ribeye steak, but nothing special. Drank this one slowly - the third night was best (and the end of the bottle!) with turkey taco salad with jalapenos, Hatch green chile salsa, sour cream and guacamole. I'd buy it again if I could find it.
