Monday, March 14, 2016 - Bright yellow color, fine flocculation visible. Scent of pear, crushed wet rocks and pear on the nose. Strange tingling sensation in the mouth....like carbon dioxide is present in minute amounts...gone after a few wihrl in the glass. Good flavor with niche riche aftertaste...initially a bit disappointed, bu after 30m in the glass, a delicious Puligny-Montrachet!!
