Wednesday, March 23, 2016 - October 2011 disgorgement. Oxidative notes, ripe pear, faint apple and subtle notes of fresh ginger. Wood notes with some air time. Significant but smooth acid, particularly on the finish, complemented by pecan and walnut flavors. This bottle could have benefited from another few years. 94+
