Sunday, March 27, 2016 - This is really drinking nicely. Opened and aired for two hours. Initial impression was acid is a little high, but that softened with some time. Really excellent on day two. I recommend you aerate and decant for three or.four hours. Excellent wine with a lot of stuff left for many years.
