Monday, March 28, 2016 - Very pale yellow, On the nose some butter, yeast, vanilla and old cask/used smell. Still fresh and young. Grows in the glass but still a slender Chassagne, probably the signature of the year. This definitely needs food and will develop for at least another three to six years. Old school white burgundy
