On the nose, winter spices balanced by autumn florals. On the palate, bracing acidity backed by strong tannins and bold finish. Six hours later, this bottle was still standing strong, with greater integration between all elements, and a texture that emerged as velvet throughout. It seems to me this wine may have 5 to 10 more years of life before it begins to dim.
