Tuesday, April 12, 2016 - Light gold, with nose of lemon/lime and their pith, light stone fruit and hint of tropical fruits, sea salts, white honeysuckle. Lots of citrus acidity on the palate overlaying a mineral substrate. Not any reduction initially, but oddly seemed to become quite flinty over time. I think this would be nice with baked oysters, smoked octopus, clam dishes. 89-90
Actually my first bottle of my three. Drink or hold.
