Wednesday, April 20, 2016 - A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (80%) and Merlot (20%). Purple on the eye. Aromas of sweet dark berries and dirty, wet forest. Palate is luscious, very flavourful with soft tannins. Sipping nicely now with perhaps a few more years before sliding off into oblivion. Not the best effort we have seen from the people at Cos d'Estournel, but tres yummy at the moment and a nice way to sign off for the evening.
