Wednesday, May 25, 2016 - Very tight. Like a cross between a Claire Valley Reisling and a Santorini Assertyko. Lovely lemon and pear fruit, a touch of minerality and a streak of cleansing acidity. Nice - needs sun and a sea food salad.
