Friday, May 27, 2016 - pale, lemon colour; rare, fast bubbles. Excellent. nose: soft with some apples; dry with some add of yeasts. taste: dry and of medium acidity; fresh - not ripe lemon and crispy tart apples. More creamy and fuller towards the finish. very good balance.
