Tuesday, January 1, 2008 - My first ever New Mexico wine...unfortunately, I have a cold...so not much of a note here. I find this very refreshing, with apple/pear, almonds, yeast, BIG spritzy effervescence. Lots of carbonation in this wine, yet still creamy. Great for the money....will definitely try another after this cold!
