Saturday, June 11, 2016 - Beautiful cab with persistent tannins, even after 10 years. On the nose, notes of cherry, vanilla and subtle oak. Tannins provide an acid feel, but not overwhelming. Also with tasting notes of bitter chocolate, plum and raspberry. Drinking very well now
