Monday, June 27, 2016 - About an hour for the wine to open up: blueberries and some sweet strawberry flavours, with vanillan oak and chocolate notes as well. Smooth tannins. Long finish. Nice.

    In my humble opinion, this is further along than the 2002, but it's still good drinking, and if it's on the downhill run, it's still early days. I've got four more, and I'm not going to be rushing out to drink them next week - good at least for the next one-two years. Will try another in 6-12 months and report back.
