Thursday, June 30, 2016 - Very Rhone-like with quite elegant fine tannins and a fruit forward palate with blackberries and pepper. Not that much of meatiness of the bacon or salami type. Perhaps most reminiscent of a good Crozes or a Saint-Jo. Not sure I have enough experience to make that judgement but at least something from France over something from California. Could probably keep on being good and even becoming more balanced and drinkable in the future.
