Tuesday, July 19, 2016 - Another 'lost' bottle of this delicious and well preserved wine. It has plenty of classic Chablis oyster-shell, lemon drop, apple, straw and honey character with a round delicious fruit character with a laser like cut straight through and out into a long and gripping palate. Great stuff at 20 years old ! Lifts a finger to all those excuses made for premature oxidation of the past 15 years.
