Monday, July 25, 2016 - This one survived thanksgiving unscathed, but went down last night with a different turkey preparation.
this is a great wine. My son guessed it to be cru Beaujolais blind. it has the same fruit intensity, and super polish and that previous pepper note has faded to the background but is still noticeable. not ageing, but as good as it is now I would not take the chance on waiting.
