Sunday, July 24, 2016 - Drank over 3 days, with a 5-hr cellar decant in the middle to see what that might bring out. Very layered, with a lot of honey and fruit on the front end; green apple emerged after the decant. Was hoping for a bit more acidity on the back end to balance it out. Still young though, and very nice for what it is.
