Tuesday, August 2, 2016 - Less acidity than I expected. Took a half hour to really get going, but when it did it really showed out. Aromatics jumped out of glass; limestone, lime, peach, tangerine, sage. Beautiful weight, acid was probably medium plus, but got showed lower with balancing sugars and ripe fruit. Great streak of salinity throughout the breadth of the palate. Finish was long with succulent aforementioned fruit, with melon, sage and brown sugar.
