Community Tasting Note

Saturday, August 6, 2016 - Two bottles shared with colleagues for a "Pinots of Oregon" dinner. (I brought 2011 Argyle Knudsen Brut, 2013 Domaine Serene Coeur Blanc, 2008 Beaux Freres Vineyard, and 2012 Domaine Serene Evenstad to share.)

WOTN for 9 of the 11 people at the table. This was outstanding. Rich strawberry and raspberry, a subtle hint of cinnamon and sweetness. Everything is in great balance here--it's rich and expressive at the same time, with enough acidic structure remaining to last at least a couple more years. Terrific.
