Saturday, August 6, 2016 - Lighter greenish/yellow color. Small but pretty intense mousse. Pretty lean but mineral-driven notes of slate, chalk, some citrus, and also a touch of mint. It's lighter bodied, with medium+ acidity and medium-intense smaller bubbles. Good finish with saline minerality. A tense, nervous but interesting Blanc de Blancs full of minerality.
