Sunday, August 14, 2016 - Opaque purple in color, this wine reveals white pepper, licorice, blackberry and dark plum on the nose. The mouth feel is fuller bodied with more pepper and the slightest of a green bell pepper undertone. The finish is very well integrated with the fruit, acidity and tannins in balance.

Purchased for $17US, this is a well made, varietally correct offering that clearly shows its sense of place with the slight green undertone, which I like.
