Sunday, August 21, 2016 - On the nose, aromas of jammy dark fruit (blackberry, plum) and more subtle notes of leather, wet soil, anise. Berries (wild blueberries particularly) and fresh fig, tobacco, cedar on the palate. Drinking very well right out of the bottle. Fruit-forward red blend from Washington. Well balanced; plenty of acidity and well-integrated tannins.
