Sunday, September 4, 2016 - Lemon-yellow in the glass; lovely nose, with the slightest hint of petrol - a lot going on here.

Medium-bodied, maybe a touch less acidity than I would prefer - there's a viscosity to this wine that almost makes you feel like you are chewing it instead of drinking it. My first time trying this, and I would have to guess off this first glance that this is certainly a white that would repay aging.
