Sunday, September 11, 2016 - Clear, medium (+) yellow in color. The nose is clean, with ripe lemon, lime and green apple. The nose is youthful. The palate is dry, consistent with the nose, with medium (+) flavor intensity and impressive concentration. The acidity is medium (+) and the alcohol is medium. There's a pleasant touch of bitterness not the finish.
