Friday, January 18, 2008 - Decanted for an hour and then poured back into bottle. Vibrant purple color, with smoky raspberry on the nose. A chocolate attack segues into a dark, red fruit finish - reminds me of Smuckers jam, the fruit is that intense. Nice acidic spine - very juicy and sappy.
