Friday, September 23, 2016 - Straw colored. Medium bodied. Fine and abundant bubbles make for a creamy mouthfeel. Lemony, with grapefruit pith and citrus rind. Medium+ acid . Refreshing with good minerality. Medium finish. Drinking very well now. Disgorged Sept. 2013.
