Sunday, January 20, 2008 - Popped and aired for about an 1hr in the bottle. The nose was cedar and cigar box, very similar to a SLWC Fay Cab. The palate was red and black fruit, not as intense as the cab previously mentioned and not the normal high acidity of many Italians.
