Tuesday, October 11, 2016 - Just a wonderful mouthful of apples and citrus fruits with a slight hint of flowers. This lives up to its name with a chalky, stony, mineral-like finish. A bit of spritz really keeps this lively and energetic. Just off-dry with excellent balance.
