Sunday, October 9, 2016 - Very light, extremely shiny silver; almost clear. Delightful zingy nose. Sauvignon-like gooseberry and cut grass on the nose, with some flint - like a cross between Loire and Kiwi; maybe some floral notes too. Taste just like the nose. Fresh and zesty. Green apple, gooseberries, grapefruit and a hint of lime. A little rose and apricot just before the finish. Great balance and finesse. Like a cross between Sancerre and a powerful NZ sauvignon.
