3/27/2017 7:34:00 PM - Meursault are somewhat like teenagers; they can be good when young, but they're better off left in a dark, cool room for several years until they grow up. If I do drink one before it's at least six years old I do so with food. Otherwise I try to wait at least eight years. Everyone has their preference, but I thought I would offer the suggestion to try this or others from Burgundy after a bit of age. Good stuff. Cheers!
