Friday, October 28, 2016 - Truffle Dinner at the Papies (The Papies, Elizabeth St, London): After a few worrying bottles it was good to come across (our last) a good bottle, albeit still the oxidation is there in the back ground. But we could not fault this wine. Honeysuckle, ripe apricots, yeasty. Light on the bubbles and generally on low on the vitality side. A good wine but definitely one to drink sooner than later. 93-94
