Saturday, October 29, 2016 - From a magnum which i opened 8 hours before my guests arrived and then two hours before I decanted half through a vinturi. This is a massive wine with layers of fruit that open up as the evening progressed, berry, cherry, sandalwood, red plums all hinged with a touch of Asian spices and yes the finish goes on and on and on. Served alongside the 5th course of the evening which was a lemon and olive crusted leg of lamb.
