Friday, October 28, 2016 - Yellow color with a prototypical bouquet and flavor dominated by honeysuckle. Very good balance with some nuance and a moderate finish. Very enjoyable at our favorite Vietnamese restaurant with wonderful Pho. The oxtail is particularly good.
