Wednesday, November 9, 2016 - Absolutely stunning. Beautiful and flawless throughout. It has such great concentration, amazing aromatics but still incredibly balanced. Meaning, not hot or over-ripe, something that usually comes with this kind of concentration and color. But such a beautiful extraction, its in the goldilox zone of balance, it has all the upside of deeper extractions like great color and concentration but none of the downside like being overextracted and tannic, it has the fluid silky structure of free run juice. Just amazing. Finley is a genius
