Sunday, January 27, 2008 - Sweet cakey scents here too but much more powerful and augmented with a meatiness that seems very Gevrey. This tastes a whole generation younger than the 1993s. The fruit is thicker, almost sticky. It worked out well that we poured this as the steaks came.
